The NBA signed another sports betting partner Tuesday, who will buy official league data and use the team and associated logos.
The agreement was reached with The Stars Group, a Canadian-based company, currently holding a BetStars license in New Jersey.
BetStars will be known as the NBA’s Authorized Game Operator, a name that the Alliance intends to sell to others.
“This is the second company to complete the deal and see the value of working with the alliance,” said NBA Fantasy “They understand that, besides the data, they also have access to trademarks and logos on the platform, which helps to differentiate them from offshore sites and other sites, resulting in more realistic products.”
